We are searching for a Manufacturing Operations Manager
with strong leadership, planning, scheduling and
understanding of CNC machining capability. We are
looking for candidates who worked in a high precision,
high mix low to medium volume machining environment. The
ideal candidate will have experience in an aerospace, AS-
9100, or medical device, nuclear and/or high precision
highly regulated machining environment. The
Manufacturing Operations Manager will need a minimum of 7
years of experience leading, managing and motivating
others, strong planning and scheduling skills.
Candidates with a Bachelors degree is preferred, but not
required. Knowledge and use of ERP or MRP software is
required. The Manufacturing Operations Manager will use
the ERP software to plan, schedule, manage materials,
supply chain, inventory, routings and production data.
We are searching for data driven candidates to analyze,
make decision and develop solution. The Manufacturing
Operations Manager will plan production, analyze
capacity, schedule CNC equipment, finishing processes and
labor. Strong problem solving skills, resolving
production issues, allocating resource, removing
bottlenecks, developing action plans and executing goals
is needed. The Manufacturing Operations Manager will
lead, manage and motivate supervisors, team leaders and
indirect machinists. Strong communication skills and the
ability to work with engineering, quality, vendors and
associates at all levels is required. Past experience
communicating goals, objectives, production plans and
customer requirements is a plus.
MUST HAVE: 7 years of experience as a Manufacturing,
Operations, Production or Plant Manager. Strong
leadership skills, understanding of CNC milling and
turning capability, planning, scheduling, use of ERP /
MRP software and experience leading production
operations. Past experience in aerospace, medical or
highly regulated machining environment is strongly
preferred. Candidates with a Bachelors degree and/or
continuing education is a plus.
