We are searching for a Quality Manger to lead their
continued success and reputation for quality. The
Quality Manger to lead their continued success and
reputation for quality. The Quality Manager is a member
of the core management team. This position will lead,
guide and direct the quality department and quality lab.
Their quality lab has state of the art measuring and
testing equipment including CMM’s, digital comparators
and automated optical inspection systems. The Quality
Manger will maintain and improve the quality management
systems ensuring compliance in a world class environment.
This position interacts with suppliers, customers and
internal associates. Experience in either a AS-9100 or
ISO-13485 certified facility is required. The Quality
Manager is responsible for disposition of materials, MRB,
NCR’s, corrective actions, document control, gauge
calibration, validations, advance quality planning,
continuous improvements and communication. This position
requires strong Gd&T, statistical and problem solving
skills. Previous experience implementing Lean, Kaizen,
5S and/or six sigma methodologies is preferred. The
Quality Manager will review close tolerance blue prints
working with the quality team to develop inspection plans
and methods. The ideal candidate will have direct
experience working in a high precision machining
environment. The Quality Manger formulates and maintains
quality control objectives and coordinates objectives
with production procedures in cooperation with the
management team to maximize product reliability and
MUST HAVE: 5 plus years of quality management in a high
precision machining environment. Knowledge of FDA, ISO-
13485 or AS-9100 quality management systems is required.
Candidates with an ASQ, CQM and/or CQE are preferred.
This position requires strong Gd&T, problem solving
metrology, advanced quality planning and leadership.
